Since rugby is on hold I made a grand comeback at the gym yesterday with a group weights session. As said earlier, you know you're doing well if you have a strong urge to hide your face in the sweat towel and cry during your work out. Some people were clearly there only for 'leisure weightlifting' or similar, since they had energy left to do 50 press ups while everyone else was stretching. Myself, I wobbled downstairs and went home with shaky limbs...
