Disappointed!

Of course I was looking forward to the feeling of Uppsala Rugby on tour, the extra training, the position-specific tactics I was gonna learn and the rugby world cup final we were gonna watch together... But hey, most of all I was looking forward to some back row tips from Sunday Times Sportswoman of the year 2010! Damn it.



UPDATE: after complaints from someone not getting it, I feel the need to clarify. I'm still going to the training camp in Vänersborg. Maggie Alphonsi isn't.

Uppsala ladies on TV

Got quite excited when rugby people started sharing a link on fb...local tv coverage of a training doesn't happen every day you know. Have a look HERE if you want to see some Uppsala mauling and a blonde little captain explaining that we like to bosh the crap out of people...

Looking forward to our team meeting tonight where we can focus together and maybe even have a good time while we're at it =)

Rucka skiten!

Nice session yesterday! I claim credit for one black eye, some extremely non-pedagogical intructions (No no no NO!, not as good as someone else's Försvinn! though) and sleeping with the assistant coach. Can anyone beat that?

TV crew

Allegedly there'll be a TV crew and a photographer from the local paper down at training tonight. I hope everyone is planning to wear their best rugby gear, intricate braids and an unhealthy amount of make up - since those are the most important factors in rugby!
