The downside of suddenly training four times a week: I'm constantly hungry! Seriously, I just had dinner and I'm starving again. Being this ambitious is proving to be scaringly expensive... I've had to talk with a private food consultant who recommends not just lunch and dinner but also elevensies and supper (not to mention the afternoon snack). I now understand a hobbit's point of view!
Alright then. Bring on the nosh!
