Not much can be said about this week. I've been ill and not attended training, nor have I been to the gym. A full week without training makes me feel like a lump of dough, but I have a strange feeling that if I'd go and try to bench press anything heavier than a stamp, I'd choke on my own sick and then probably cry.
There's no report from last weekend's shenanigans in Växjö, but I think the girls had a good time even though they lost all their games. No need to speak of it further.
